- Shipping & Delivery
- Gift vouchers purchased before 2pm Monday - Friday are usually despatched the same day and delivered via Royal Mail first class post.
- Gift vouchers purchased after 2pm Monday - Thursday are usually despatched the following day and delivered via Royal Mail first class post.
Orders received after 2pm on Friday or over a weekend or bank holiday will be processed and despatched on the next working day and delivered via Royal Mail first class post.
The cost for standard delivery is £3.00 per order.

We offer express delivery which is a next day delivery service on all vouchers. If your order is received before 2pm Mon - Thurs your order will be delivered before 1pm the next day.
The additional postage cost for this service is £7.50. We use Royal Mail special delivery service for our express delivery, please be aware that Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery on Saturdays and therefore orders place before 2pm on a Friday will be guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm on the following Monday - however, the order might get to you before this. Our express delivery service will require a signature, therefore please ensure someone will be available to accept delivery.
Unfortunately, at present we cannot offer our express delivery service on our products listed under 'Go Gifts'.
Food, wine and other tangible gifts
Delivery varies by product, please check the product details page on the website carefully for delivery information and cut off times.
We will do our utmost to ensure that your gift is received on time. However, in circumstances beyond our control such as postal strikes or force majeure we are unable to be held liable for the delays.
- Privacy & Security
- Order and payment details are taken over a secure server and once processed your payment details are not held on our database.
- Exchange & Upgrade
- Vouchers are upgradeable by paying any difference between the voucher cost for another type of gift or experience voucher subject to written confirmation by letter within 14 days of purchase. Upgrades/ exchanges after 14 days will incur a £20 administration charge. As all tangible goods are provided by third party suppliers it is not possible for us to exchange/upgrade any tangible products such as wine gift hampers. If the substituted experience is of greater cost than the original experience you must pay the difference, including the administration charge. Original vouchers must be returned and full payment of difference received prior to release of the exchange voucher. We request that all vouchers are returned via recorded delivery with a covering letter including your contact details, detailing reason of exchange to: Go Vouchers Ltd, Customer Services, Nursery Farm, Woodborough, Pewsey, Wiltshire. SN9 5PF as we will not be responsible for vouchers that fail to reach us. If the exchanged gift voucher is a lower value, then the difference will be refunded less than the administration charge. Exchanged vouchers become non returnable and non refundable.
- Ordering
- To place an order online, select desired experience/products and click 'add to cart', specifying quantity. You will then be redirected to view your cart where you can edit contents, add a charity donation, apply a promotional discount code or continue shopping. Click proceed to checkout where you will need to either login using existing customer account details, set up a new customer account or checkout as a guest. Follow prompts for information relating to custom messages, delivery instructions and payment processing. An order summary will be presented and upon receipt of payment you will receive a confirmation email (including voucher if I-voucher selected) and further update emails relating to shipping when this is updated.

- Payment Methods
- All major credit/debit cards and Paypal are accepted online by following the relevant links within the shopping cart.
- To pay by cheque or postal order, please select the product(s) you wish to buy and send the payment payable to Go Vouchers Ltd along with the full name of products(s), quantity, delivery and billing address details.
- Please include your telephone number and allow 7 days for the cheque to clear. We do not recommend cash being sent via mail.

- Viewing Orders & Customer Account
- If you have a customer account, you will be able to login using your email address and password by clicking on the 'My Account' link at the top of the page. Here you will be able to view the status and history of orders held against your account along with your specific account information such as customer & delivery details plus subscriptions.
- Forgotten Password
- Click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the page. Within the registered customer login area, click onto 'Forgot your password?' where you will be able to enter your account email address and a new password will be emailed to you immediately.
