What is Go Vouchers green statement?
Go Vouchers believes we all need to do our bit to help the world. We strive to be a sustainable business which works in a socially responsible and environmentally friendly way.
We aim to grow year on year but in doing so we are conscious that our carbon footprint will also increase. We like to monitor this and offset this in many ways. We also try to buy products from sustainable sources or which have been recycled to help lessen our impact on the environment. This along with recycling our office waste and keeping printing down to a minimum we strive to become a paper minimalistic environment! Simple office rules also apply such as turning lights, taps, computers and printers off.
So we are doing our bit, please join us and go on...give a gift back to the wonderful world we live in.
What do I receive within my gift box?
Each individual order will include a unique ‘put me in your pocket’ handy gift box which contains a gift voucher specific to your chosen gift or experience, booklet on how to use your voucher and list of gift/ experience providers to redeem your voucher with.
Can I personalise my gift box?
Each gift voucher will include specific gift information. There is also an area available to add a personal message to the gift recipient. This can be populated via the shopping cart order form. Please note however, this has a limited number of characters available.
How will my gift box be delivered?
Gift vouchers purchased before 2pm Monday - Friday are usually despatched the same day and delivered via Royal Mail first class post.
Gift vouchers purchased after 2pm Monday - Thursday are usually despatched the following day and delivered via Royal Mail first class post.
Orders received after 2pm on Friday or over a weekend or bank holiday will be processed and despatched on the next working day and delivered via Royal Mail first class post.
The cost for standard delivery is £3.00 per order.

We offer express delivery which is a next day delivery service on all vouchers. If your order is received before 2pm Mon - Thurs your order will be delivered before 1pm the next day.
The additional postage cost for this service is £7.50. We use Royal Mail special delivery service for our express delivery, please be aware that Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery on Saturdays and therefore orders place before 2pm on a Friday will be guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm on the following Monday - however, the order might get to you before this. Our express delivery service will require a signature, therefore please ensure someone will be available to accept delivery.
Unfortunately, at present we cannot offer our express delivery service on our products listed under ‘Go Gifts’.
Food, wine and other tangible gifts
Delivery varies by product, please check the product details page on the website carefully for delivery information and cut off times.
We will do our utmost to ensure that your gift is received on time. However, in circumstances beyond our control such as postal strikes or force majeure we are unable to be held liable for the delays.
Is it safe to enter my details online?
Yes, your order and payment details are taken over a secure server and once processed your payment details are not held on our database.
How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to email notifications?
To subscribe to our email notifications which include latest news and offers, please use the ‘Sign Up for newsletter and special offers’ link which is included on the homepage. Alternatively, you can update your subscription settings within your account online. We do not resell your details onto third parties.

Can I pay by cheque, cash or postal orders?
To pay by cheque or postal order, please select the product(s) you wish to buy and send the payment payable to Go Vouchers Ltd along with the full name of product(s), quantity, delivery and billing address details.
Please include your telephone number and allow 7 days for the cheque to clear.
We do not recommend cash being sent via mail.

I have a gift voucher, how do I redeem/book this?
Within each gift box will be a list of gift/experience providers who you can redeem your voucher with. All you need to do is to contact the provider quoting your voucher number to book a date at your convenience.
Do I need to book a specific date to purchase a gift voucher?
No, we sell open dated gift vouchers as it is not always easy to know when the recipient is available. Most gift vouchers are valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated on the voucher, giving the recipient plenty of time to book onto their preferred date.
My voucher is about to expire, can I extend the validity?
If you are unable to utilise the gift voucher before the expiry date and wish to extend the voucher, then please contact Go Vouchers in writing, prior to the expiry date. There will be an administration fee of £20 and if the activity has increased in price you will also need to pay the difference. You will then be issued with a voucher extension cover letter granting an additional 10 months validity.
Can I exchange my voucher for an alternative gift or have a refund?
