One Day Cookery Course (Yorkshire)

The programme for day courses covers a wide range of techniques and styles of cooking. The recipes for each day have a theme, and a wide range of complementary dishes are prepared.

Each course suits all interests and levels of experience and ability. Guests of all ages are welcome, but please bear in mind that much of the day is spent standing and comfortable footwear and clothing are strongly recommended.

Arrive at the Cookery School for the start of the course at 9.30. Lunch served in the cookery school dining room. Partners are welcome to join for lunch on prior booking arrangement (additional charge may apply). Course finishes at 15.30.

There are 8 course themes to choose from - Dinner Parties (Beginner and Intermediate), Italian, Food of Love, Game, The Kitchen Garden, and Festival Fare.

Based in Ripon, North Yorkshire.

Please note that vouchers are non-refundable in all circumstances, but can (at the hotel's discretion) be applied to accommodation, food or other hotel amenities not specified on the voucher. A voucher will be reduced in value by 50% if cancellation is given between 16 and 12 weeks prior to the commencement of a course, and by 100% if cancellation is given within 12 weeks of the commencement of a course.
