Thai Cookery Course - Private Lesson (Scotland)

Our teaching staff are highly trained professionals who have more than 20 years' experience in the real world of restaurant and commercial catering.  We are committed to offering you a unique level of knowledge that is seldom available from books or college courses.

The school was established in the multicultural city of Edinburgh in 1997.  We offer a unique programme of training in many aspects of Thai cuisine.  The School is well known for achieving the highest standards in traditional Thai cookery, fruit and vegetable carving and food presentation, attracting students worldwide.

Tuition is on a 1:1 to 1:4 bases to ensure continued close attention at all times and allow for questions.  All lessons are intensive but stress-free and are conducted in a relaxed atmosphere and surroundings.

Classes can be organised 7 days a week by appointment to suit your diary and travel times.  The entire lesson will be built around hands-on learning. Students will cook a total of any 4 dishes from our list of more than 90 dishes. All dishes will be taken home as a banquet in containers provided by the school, along with a set of recipes that will enable students to practice their new found skills at home.  No time is wasted in unnecessary preparation or washing and tidying up.  Everything is provided for the students to ensure a memorable and enjoyable time.  We are confident you will learn a lot from us.

Our teaching format has been carefully designed to ensure a highly effective and productive day.  After attending the course, students will obtain a high level of satisfaction and plaudits from customers, family and friends. 

The whole experience will last approximately 5 hours. All protective clothing will be provided.

Casual dress should be worn, low/flat shoes for female students.

Please ensure to take your Go Voucher along with you. Classes run 7 days to suit your time. Please book at least 4-6 weeks in advance via e-mail with a few choice of your dates if possible. A 50% fee will be charged for cancellations made within 10 working days.
