Conduct a Live Orchestra - Team Building Days for up to 40 People

Create a 'team away day' with a difference! If you are looking to:

The workshops last approximately 3 hours and the orchestra can, if required, stay on and perform over dinner to really make the day go with a swing. Please contact us to discuss the details of the workshop.

Over a three hour session, you will learn how to conduct a real live orchestra and create your very own performance of a well known piece chosen at random. After some ice breakers, basic tutorials and orchestral demonstrations, the orchestra splits up into smaller ensembles giving each group the opportunity to rehearse their chosen piece of music. Every group creates their very own unique performance using techniques learnt throughout the workshop.

It is the task of each group to delegate one member to conduct their bespoke piece in a live competitive performance! Your remaining team members will play a very important role by performing with the orchestra whilst you conduct!

As well as learning more about each other, clients will learn to increase their communication, delegation, leadership and coaching skills whilst learning how to work together in a different environment helping to boost self confidence and creativity. The sessions are designed in such a way that no previous musical skills are necessary... just turn up and be a Maestro for the day - baton and concert tails included!

Please note experiences must be organised within 3 months of purchase.

This price includes the hire of a 12 piece orchestra, ideal for groups of between 10 and 40 participants.

Venue needs to be organised privately, the orchestra itself takes up approximately 20ft x 12ft. One large room of at least 15 X 15 metres, and three additional smaller rooms of at least 7 X 7 metres are also required.
