If any details change after booking, it is your responsibility to contact our customer services department as soon as possible and inform them of the changes.

The stated time for experiences is a guide only and may vary depending on experience. It will not be less than advertised but may be longer, so please allow for extra time.

Dates and times will be made available to the customer on a first come first served basis. However where dates and times are not available we will endeavour to arrange alternative dates and times. These times may vary and we cannot guarantee the exact times that may be required by you. We will however always endeavour to arrange convenient times for you. In the instance of you purchasing a product or service which is supplied by a third party, you agree to be bound by their times and dates available.

Spectators are usually allowed for experiences but may vary depending on experience.

In the event of technical problems during an experience we reserve the right to rebook subject to availability. We do not refund travel costs or any other costs incurred for rescheduled experiences.

In the event of recording experiences, once a backing tracks choice is made and input onto our system this will not be changed free of charge. Choosing another track will incur a charge of £7.99 made payable before the session date.
