You should arrive about 30mins prior to your jump time and allow around two hours from arrival to complete the experience.

When you arrive at the bungee jump location you will register and complete a membership form. You will then be weighed and allocated the appropriate jump chord before entering the jump site. Here you will be harnessed by our professional jump crew where a number of double checks take place of your weight, jump chord selection and waist harness. Once in the hot seat with your ankle harnesses fitted you will be passed to the jumpmaster who will double check everything again before taking you up in the jump cage and talking you through your jump.

Once at the top you will hear the famous countdown "3, 2, 1, bungee" and then it's up to you.

The location is the iconic Transporter Bridge in Middlesbrough. This experience is one to remember, you climb the 210 steps to the top of the bridge and then take the long slow walk to the middle, now it's time - take in the view from 160ft before 3-2-1 Bungee and you plummet towards the River Tees. High on adrenalin, a waiting boat will pluck you from the air and whisk you to dry land.

The object of a paintball game isn’t to attack the enemy, it’s to complete the mission, and each participant will have to devise a plan to do so and then work together to carry it out. This means your children can let off steam and cut loose without getting into any trouble, and at the same time they’re developing skills that will prove important to them in later life.

We’re not just teaching them how to shoot one another. We’re teaching them how to work together, how to think creatively, how to communicate their ideas and how to shoot one another! Morning and Afternoon sessions are available.Morning starts at approx 9am and afternoon approx 1pm.

It used to be purely reserved for the rich and famous ... now you too can enjoy Silverstone from the air, home of the British Grand Prix, under the careful guidance of a highly qualified helicopter instructor. Your Helicopter Trial Lesson will allow you to experience the thrill of flying and will even count as the first step towards your Private Pilot's Licence!

Your lesson is preceded by a short flight briefing with our instructor who will explain all aspects of the flight including the effects of controls and how a helicopter flies. You will then be allowed to take the controls and actually fly the aircraft!

The Cinema features a 200° screen that immerses the viewer into the world of The Championships by showing a film about the science of tennis.Filming took place during the 2005 Championships on Centre Court of Russia's Maria Sharapova against Spain's Nuria Llagostera Vives. Graham English Productions used a special panoramic rig that used 5 cameras at the same time, the result of which is a film that can be frozen and rotated around the field of action at any time.Using this technique, the film focuses on 20 different aspects of the match and showed viewers how players' bodies and equipment are affected during the course of a professional tennis match.

McEnroe's Ghost Sighted at the New Museum

The museum is able to create an exciting way to view a scene from Wimbledon's past. In a recreation of the 1980s Gentlemen's Dressing Room, a ghost-like image of John McEnroe appears and takes you through a tour of the normally off-limits area.

The fashions of Wimbledon continue to be a point of attention and significance to the story of tennis and the new Museum will house an extensive collection of Wimbledon attire. Everything from outfits worn in the 1880s to Rafeal Nadal's dri-fit 'pirate' trousers are on display.

The exhibition will reveal how many of these extraordinary stones have undergone a number of transformations, having been re-cut or incorporated into new settings during their fascinating history.

Ballroom Dancing encourporates a veriety of dance styles

Foxtrot:

The classic "Big Band" dance in 4/4 time, the playful and smooth social Foxtrot is one of the most popular social dances, and one of the easiest to learn. The dance originated in 1913, when Harry Fox performed a little trot across a New York stage. The Foxtrot is deceiving, because it is easy and enjoyed for its ease of movement and smooth style, but can also be one of the most difficult dances to do at the higher levels and becomes the Slow Foxtrot.

Tango:

Tango is known as the Argentine dance of love. This dance originated in the bordellos of Buenos Aires, Argentina and is done in a slightly different manner to the other dances. Tango tells the story of a flirtatious and passionate affair through smooth stalking walks, sensual close encounters, stylized poses and sharp staccato lines. Argentine Tango This is an intricate mixing of legs and feet, with the partners in a more intimate embrace. This dance can be danced in very small spaces such as a nightclub dance-floor.

Viennese Waltz:

The Viennese Waltz is a fast Waltz that originated in Austria several hundred years ago with composers such Johann Strauss and Joseph Lanner. In the middle of the 20th century the German, Paul Krebs choreographed the Viennese Waltz style in which we dance today. The exhilarating swoops and whirls make this dance feel like flying, and make it a favorite for Hollywood movies. Waltz The 1-2-3 of the Waltz is what most people associate with Ballroom Dancing. This dance appeared in Bohemia, Austria, Bavaria and various parts of Europe in the late 1700's. This new style (for its day) was shockingly different, but is now known as the mother of our contemporary social dances. Its rise and fall and flowing patterns make this gentle dance very romantic.

Quickstep: The Quickstep is a very quick and lively dance, and includes many hops, skips and kicks. The dance began as a quick version of Foxtrot mixed with some Charleston influences. Because of the similarity of their music, many of the basic patterns of Quickstep are shared with Foxtrot.

Your experience begins with tea, coffee and a brief introduction before heading off for the vineyard tour. During the tour you will be shown a selection of vines and take part in a lively discussion on training, growing and harvesting vines. Then on to the winery where the wine making process from the arrival of grapes to the bottling of the finished product is revealed. Wine tasting is next on the agenda where you will receive a tutored tasting of 5 wines. Meeting at either 9.30am or 1pm, your experience will last approximately three hours. After receiving expert instruction from some of the most experienced Bug exponents in the world, what could be more fun than negotiating your own path down the rapids.

So, you can already ride to a good level and get big air with some decent grabs, and you do a really cool powerslide. Our Mastercraft X-Star will give you that tournament level wake to help get the extra height for that perfect Raley or Tantrum.

There are the all-sliding, all-spinning, wheeling Powerturns, with their two engines, two power sticks and skid steering, they really can turn on a sixpence. There are no footbrakes or steering wheels so this truly is a unique experience. With either one driver or teamwork with two drivers at the same time these will have you crying with laughter and pumped up with adrenaline!

Follow this with the super fast single seater dirt buggies with so much power you have to control the slide in the corners, accelerate up the hills and make your heart race on the straights.

The courses are not just a tame trundle round a field but extended over 2 miles of course with hairpin bends, chicanes, fast straights and corner slides.

Based in Blandford Forum, Dorset.

The Skipper and Crew will meet you within the bar area in the Marina. There is a designated meeting point with complimentary tea and coffee.

Once settled onboard and after a short safety briefing, the Skipper will start the trip off with a gentle ride through the marina, the Skipper will explain navigation and basic plotting techniques and answer any questions. Also, you will have the opportunity to view the other 'millionaire lifestyle' boats on their moorings and see the famous marina in all its glory.

You will then be taken on a cruise down the River Itchen to Southampton Water for the opportunity to sight see the magnificent cruise ships on their docks. At this stage, all participants (including children) will get the option to have a drive at slow speed to get the feel of this luxury powerboat. The new Queen Elizabeth, QM2, Oriana and Independence of the Seas cruise liners are just some of the ships to look out for.

On reaching the open waters of The Solent and when the speed restriction ends, the Skipper will open up the throttles for a "full-on" blast with up to speeds of 39 knots using the twin engines at 460HP to display the capabilities of this superb 40' Sunseeker performance powerboat.

At high speed and providing conditions are safe, the Skipper will once again pass over the controls. Under the Skippers instruction and use of the plotter you will get the chance to take the helm to feel the superb handling characteristics of this sleek powerboat. During this time we will be heading out into the Solent, around Bramble Bank, then across to the Isle of Wight. (Driving of the boat is optional).

On reaching the River Medina, Isle of Wight, the Skipper will cruise through East and West Cowes, home of the world famous sailing regatta. With time to take in the views and for you to have your photograph taken at the helm.

On reaching the Lifeboat Bar & Restaurant we will turn round to cruise down the other side of the River Medina and head back out to the Solent.

Heading East towards Portsmouth we will pass Osborn Bay, where you will see the Spinnacre Tower at Portsmouth Harbour.

The fun continues, "full-on" thrills and a high speed blast back to the Marina as we travel to the other side of Bramble Bank across the Solent and the mouth of the famous Hamble River.

Should time allow, we may get to have a go at the popular 'man over board' procedure.

From our moorings you can travel through some of the most beautiful scenery on the Thames, pulling in to the bank for a picnic on ancient water meadows, or visiting the tempting waterside pubs at Binsey (The Perch), Godstow (The Trout) or Osney (The Waterman's Arms).

During longer trips you will reach the university boathouses and River Cherwell (downstream) or the magical Wytham Woods (upstream). On these peaceful upper reaches of the Thames you will not be troubled by large pleasure craft and may often feel that you have the river to yourself.

Each vessel carries a maximum of four people.

Spend half a day messing about on the river in your own rowing boat. Our experienced staff will also give basic rowing lessons if required.

Your experience will last approximately 4 hours in total.

Based at the U.K's premier Mountainboard Centre, XBP has really got something for everyone. If you're just starting to run the slalom course, we can get you to that 58kph pass. And if you're already running 16, 14.25 or 13 metres, our boat is fitted with PerfectPass for that perfect time on every run.

Remember though, through all this, you chose the pace at which you progress. The idea is to have fun, not a nervous breakdown. If you don't want to do something that's fine. We want you to be happy and achieve your own personal goals. There is no pressure!

Based near Maidenhead, Buckinghamshire.

They will learn how to use scuba equipment in shallow water and get a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world. While not an actual scuba certification, this Bubblemaker course is a great taster for those interested in learning to dive.

There is nothing like breathing underwater for the very first time. It takes a little getting used to. After all, human beings weren't designed to do that but after a few minutes of awestruck wonder, you will realise how easy scuba diving really is.

This course is aimed at children aged between 8 and 10 years old. The experience will start with a quick registration which should take no longer than 10 minutes to be filled out by a parent or guardian, followed by a 30 minute briefing. Then its down to the pool so the fun can begin. You will spend approximately 40 minutes in the water, followed by a quick de-brief.

Please allow approximately two hours for the whole experience. All equipment is provided but don't forget to bring your swimming costume, t-shirt for the pool and towel.

Courses take place one Sunday per month.

Based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.

Take a two-man inflatable kayak down the River Tay. Start at a leisurely ace to practice your skills before finishing through the rapids at Grandtully.

Duckies run all year round, the more rain, the bigger the rapids! The whole experience will last approximately 3 hours in total and our experienced guides will run the rapids alongside you at all times. The average course will run from approximately 9.30am to 1pm.

After a ten minute informal lecture on basic principles and techniques your group will move out to the driving area, the instructors will demonstrate the basic slide cause and control, using manoeuvres which coordinate power, steering and braking. Now the most exciting part of the day, you will take it in turns to drive on the specially designed and constructed gravel 'special stage' that reproduces the most testing rallying you are ever likely to experience. You instructor will sit alongside monitoring such points as car control, balance, reactions, overall ability as well as a stage time competition to determine the 'Driver of the Day'.

You will also experience the 'ride of your life' when the instructor takes each participant on a white knuckle passenger ride. There is no double that authentic special stages, full blown rally cars and expert tuition are the ultimate combination for that perfect day out.

On arrival, you and your guests will be shown to the briefing room where you can help yourselves to refreshments and you will need to register. There will be a short briefing given by the instructor covering safety, day format, cars and techniques.
